Had a great win in the Employment Appeals Tribunal this week.
It was a complicated redundancy case where we were arguing that our client was unfairly selected for redundancy.
The tribunal agreed with us after an arduous hearing that ran for two days. Knowing what my client had gone through, where he couldn’t face telling this wife and kids coming up to Christmas, gives immense personal and professional satisfaction.
