• You have six months within which to lodge your complaint
• Every case is different
• We can claim from the insolvency fund should you be awarded against an Insolvent Company
• You are only legally entitled to Statutory Redundancy, not any payments on top of this

This advice is given regarding the situation pertaining to the Game Employees occupying the premises around Cork. A Liquidator will disclaim the Lease. That means he will give the Lease back to the Landlord. The Landlord will then seek to retake his premises and evict any illegal occupiers of his property.
