Unfair Dismissal and Fair Procedures

I just got back another favourable determination from the Employment Appeals Tribunal. We acted for the claimant in a case where he was summarily dismissed from his job as a Barman. The company did not adopt fair procedures in firing him. Any company that does not adopt fair procedures or have suitable employment policies in place is leaving itself wide open for a claim.
