You may have heard on the news this morning that the waiting time to get before the Employment Appeals Tribunal is 67 weeks.

There is not a lot we can do about this as practitioners so its crucial that the complaint form is sent off as soon as possible after you have heard whether you have been dismissed whether because of gross misconduct or say been unfairly selected for Redundancy.

Remember that you have a six month window to get the Complaint in which can be extended to 12 months only with exceptional circumstances.
